1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services operated by Brand Finesse (trading as SignalOS), based in Ireland. Our products include web apps, mobile apps, and related services available at signalos.ai and through the Apple App Store.

2. What information we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide our services:

Account information — your name and email address when you create an account or sign in, including via Sign In with Apple. Apple's private relay email addresses are supported.
Usage and content data — content you create or enter within our products, and data about how you use our features, in order to provide and improve the service.
Progress and session data — activity records, scores, and usage history used to personalise your experience and track your progress over time.
Device identifiers — anonymised identifiers used to maintain your session and, where applicable, sync your data across devices.

We do not collect precise location data, contact lists, financial information, or any data beyond what is described above.

To operate and deliver our products and features
To save and sync your data and progress across sessions
To authenticate your account securely
To improve our products based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns
To respond to support requests and enquiries

We do not use your data for advertising purposes, and we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Device permissions

Some of our apps may request access to your device's camera, microphone, or other system features to enable specific functionality. These features always require your explicit permission and can be revoked at any time in your device settings. Data captured through these features is processed on-device where possible and is not stored or uploaded beyond what is needed to operate the feature.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate our products:

Google Analytics — anonymised website analytics to understand how visitors use signalos.ai.

Each third-party service is governed by its own privacy policy. We select partners who maintain appropriate data protection standards.

6. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmitted to our servers. On-device data is stored using the native storage frameworks provided by your operating system.

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active, or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time (see section 7).

7. Your rights and choices

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct any inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and all associated data
Withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time
Export your data in a portable format

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you through the relevant product or by email. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
