Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service govern your use of all products and services operated by Brand Finesse (trading as SignalOS), based in Ireland. Our products include web apps, mobile apps, and related services available at signalos.ai and through the Apple App Store.

By downloading, installing, or using any of our products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use our products and that they have reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Your account

Some of our products require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at signalosai@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use our products only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use our products to transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of our products
• Use our products in any way that could damage, disable, or impair their functionality
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our products without prior written permission

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features of our products are available on a paid subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). All payments are processed through Apple's App Store or other authorised payment processors.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of our products — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are owned by Brand Finesse or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our products for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit our products commercially.

Content you create or input within our products remains yours. By using our products, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7. Disclaimers

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We are not responsible for any content you create or input within our products, or for the accuracy of any information provided through our services.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brand Finesse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Termination

You may stop using our products at any time. You may delete your account by contacting us at signalosai@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our products at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or if we discontinue a product.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you through the relevant product or by email. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
